Sharp R-21LCFS Commercial Mmicrowave Oven Review

hi this is my new sharp commercial
microwave oven the model number is our –
21 LCFS with the s at the end meaning
that the entire exterior is stainless
it’s very nice and one cool thing about
this so far is that the handle has this
mechanism in it where you push it in
which opens the latches and you can see
here that the latches raise up and what
that does is prevents damage over time
from the latches breaking so I find that
to be very good feature and looking at
the interior of the microwave
there’s no turning table which is nice
and getting a whole shot here of the
interior you can see it looks mostly
stainless I’m not sure what material the
bottom is but it’s not stainless it’s
like ceramic or glass or something
I’m very nice and just to show you how
big it is it’s 1 cubic feet but I have
these Correll bowls I use all the time
and it’s so large that I can fit four of
them two of them there two of them here
and with the with my old microwave with
the rotating table the the plate would
not have been big enough to fit four of
them so that’s very nice and then the
other thing I really like about this is
the single control knob so no buttons or
anything just one control knob and it
easily shows you where you’re at in the
cooking cycle so I’m gonna throw in a
glass of water here and then if I want
to cook it for one minute I simply
rotate the dial so I have to highlight
one minute
it shows you where you’re at in the
cooking cycle by blinking at the current
stage and then once it drops down it’ll
blink at the next number until it gets
all
and going decrease time you simply turn
it left
and if one increased time you just turn
it back to the right
and they’re going to stop it completely
you’re supposed to turn it all the way
to the left
and at the end of the cycle the timer
goes off or the buzzer goes off and the
light goes off as well thanks for
watching

Commercial Microwave Ovens Buyers’ Guide

How much faster are commercial microwave ovens?

Commercial microwave ovens are designed for heavy-duty usage and are able to make a much higher volume of food. A commercial microwave oven typically has 900-2200 watts of power, as opposed to the 700-900 watt traditional microwave ovens. This difference of power can lead to much shorter cooking times, even saving you a few hours at the end of the day. Commercial microwave ovens can also warm food for hours, while a household microwave should not be used for more than 10 minutes per use. These commercial microwaves are usually built using stainless steel, so they are built to be highly durable, last a long time, and are easy to keep clean. Of course, they are pricier, but it is better to purchase one commercial microwave instead of going through many traditional ones.

How to properly clean a commercial microwave?

Start by placing a microwave-safe bowl filled with three cups of water into the microwave. Leave it in there on full power for 3-4 minutes in hopes of loosening any particles and residue inside the microwave. Next, spray a multi-purpose cleaning spray inside of your microwave and make sure to cover the whole surface. Wipe off the residue and spray with a clean cloth. Moisten a towel with warm water and clean off the interior. Then, use a dry cloth to wipe the whole microwave, and it is ready to use again. Your commercial microwave should be cleaned at the end of every day to avoid grease and residue buildup that will lead to unhygienic conditions in your kitchen environment.
