RoadPro 12v Portable In Car Stove/Cooker/Heater Review

hello right I haven’t scripted this so
I’m just going to blabber and make
mistakes and cough and splutter
so this is the row Pro 12 volt portable
stove bought this because I’m sick of
taking my dinner to work and meeting it
cold I usually take chicken and rice and
vegetables and it’s not very good on the
floor the cab it gets a bit icy and
especially in this weather in winter and
not very pleasant so just typed into
Google portable stove last a few people
on Twitter and one of the drivers one of
my fellow cab drivers showed me a link
to an American site and I found the
equivalent in England so I bought this
it was about 35 pounds from the road
pro-people 3 pound delivery and then I
went to war concern and found these
Katyn now on the Cape and it does say
don’t put on an element or a hob or
something like that but seeing as this
isn’t a proper heater that will cook a
steak in um you know three or four
minutes I’d risk it you know I think you
use for some food you’d wrap it in foil
or something like that so that goes in
there just quite quite snugly sometimes
you have to jiggle it around to get seal
but and and in there is the title
community place the way you pop it in
and what I’ve found is I’m going to use
it one so far we’re about to fill it up
with some food now is that obviously it
does cook around the edges more so you
just sort of stick your spoon and move
it around a little bit but it brilliant
I mean it I think he cooked my chicken
and right why didn’t cook it warmed it
up in 20 or so minutes so but yeah so
get some food in it okay lucky boy came
home last night and wife has left me a
nice chicken curry and though she is
spin into the whole works
so why what I usually do so you save
some time and energy especially in
today’s energy prices is to like bulk
cook vegetables and rice and have them
over three days so all the
some pieces around cake
okay let’s go for a nice I think I read
somewhere that a golf ball size of rice
is good even if it’s brand so it may be
just a tiny little because I’m going to
the gym so I deserve it a bit it looks
tiny right vegetable was most important
okay lots of vegetables lots of
vegetables a bit of safe some vegetables
for a snack – one gay-rights came to
this mum mummy I hid so good the stuff
foot oh it’s whole thighs excellent so
be nice and flavour some because of that
bones probably mix it up later so maybe
the liquid transfers the heat around a
little more efficiently and one how many
bits of chicken right now take two
because I’ll be extra hungry tonight hmm
yeah I’ve had a big workout today in the
gym exhausted so bones again need
protein
take up sometimes extra bits good a
little over the top okay alright so we
have nice sort of leveled off I think
what would do I’m going to speed this up
because I’m gonna go get some full
actually scratch that um we’re going to
forget the fall the reason I was going
to perform in it because this is what
strong curry smell and I’m going to take
it in the cab now and in the guy and
have dinner on my sister and go watch a
film and then tonight obviously can be
left in the car and all the cabbies on
Twitter is saying you know I’m just
going to stink your car up I don’t think
so it’s got a rubber around the edge
it’s got a kind of rubber seal so when
you push this down it’s like a you know
an underwater camera case it kind of
locks it most rather seals soap
this could probably be a little
experiment because probably you know
when we wasting all that foil and a
cling film so drop that in there like
that censor it and then nice clean
clothes boom
Indians ready to go so into the car now
I will clean the Edit it so that it all
links up with later on okay bye so um
we’ll work now I’ve been at work about
an hour and
I think I was out of the car for about
five or six hours just closing um and I
went to the cinema and had some dinner
on my sister so the first test was the
smell got back in the car nothing so the
things sealed up the food in completely
no smell and if anything is going to
smell it’s going to be a curry so that
little test proves you can have it in
the car and it’s not as not going to
stink it out Locke cab drivers on
Twitter saying what about the smell in
there is going to smell horrible and so
excellent so that’s a great test um so
what we’re going to do now is the here
it is the charge up or the power right
just pulls out the side committee like
that’s a really nice long cord and going
to pop out my massive some transformer
all that adapter full of ink our charges
for all my gadgets and prop this in and
I put it in on its own separate as a
single unit because when I’ve done my in
car cattle lived in the past
seem like to make a cup of tea when I’m
at work and
it’s the wire for the kettle as you can
see it’s quite thick
it must have to draw a lot more power
than lack of night phone or something
and when I used it on on my adapter
which has a much thinner wire the wire
almost melted obviously the power going
through it was much more so I recommend
if you use this don’t put it in any
adapter put it straight into the
cigarette lighter socket so there’s a
little red light tell you it’s on we’re
going to leave that for about 10 or 12
minutes because I think the last time it
it’s about 20 25 minutes to warm my food
up so this time we’re going to leave it
for 10 12 minutes have a look to check
stir it and then after another 10 or 12
minutes we should have hot food so 10 or
12 minutes don’t see it a minute right
so it’s been about almost 15 12 15
minutes now let’s get this puppy open
fill the box scoop
Lala come to mama
still a little bit ago probably give
that 15 minutes
yeah squad that food in there compared
to awesome
yeah plastic for I do I do not really
care I forgot to bring out my my fork on
my normal metal for so I did this little
trick I’ve done it before right doing a
bag shop with my money bag in hand ready
and said can I buy a plastic fork for my
fruit salad knowing full well they
wouldn’t judge me if I said for my
dinner
I’m not by a Nicki babe so you know I
abused their hospitality and yours that
I Sookie because I mean fruit salad ha
so who you try that one yourself ah shut
my jacket in it another 15 um it’s been
35 minutes since I first put this on I
did after the last time I spoke I
checked it about 15 minutes and it
needed some more because there was a bit
more food in it so now it should be
pretty much piping hot
hmm
hmm my stop button it’s not piping hot
but it’s warm um like I say
hmm yeah this was a lot more food than
there was last time about twice as much
and there’s two big bits of chicken him
so yeah I mean I mean it did I think in
the instruction somewhere I said
somewhere around 40 minutes 50 minutes
for certain things
oh but they say it does get hot enough
that you could like cook a sausage on
here or some rubbing up I assume
something like a frank threads are not
real sausage there it is I mean it’s
it’s a complete and utter luxury to have
the food I’ve cooked at home that either
way I like it
with the ingredients I want hot after
sort of nine hours of it being in the
car
so definitely get one of these I mean
they’re up I mean I love it chicken
me
