How To Use Egg Boiler to Make Hard Boiled Eggs?
Copper Chef Deluxe Perfect Egg Maker
Egg Cooker Buyers’ Guide
The time you need to steam eggs depends on the desired texture. Remember to always set a time in order not to over- or undercook the eggs. If you want to get soft boiled with watery yolk, set a timer for 6 minutes. For a hard-boiled egg that still has a translucent and bright yolk set a timer for 10 minutes. If you want a cooked-through complete hard-boiled egg, then steam the eggs for 12-15 minutes. A few other things may influence the steaming time, such as the heat and size of eggs you are going to use. If you are cooking multiple eggs, a small tip is to remove one of the eggs a couple minutes before you were planning to remove it, rinse it with cold water and crack it open to see if it is what you wanted to achieve, then continue steaming the rest according to this.
Start by using the measuring cup to fill the water to the line, and pour this water into the center of the water “hole” located in the middle of your egg cooker. Then assemble the rest by putting the egg holder on top of the cooker base, and place your eggs into the places of the egg holder. Cover the egg cooker with the lid and press the switch to turn it on. You will hear a sound when the eggs are done. When you hear this, turn the switch off. Remove the lid carefully, and lift the egg holder by the handles using oven mitts. Gently place the eggs into cold water and wait for them to cool. When they are cooled, serve immediately or refrigerate.
