Circulon Hard Anodized 12-Piece Cookware Set Demo Video

circulant I’m going to go behind you
here thank you appreciate that and what
we’re talking about is 12 piece hard
anodized cookware now we’ve seen hard
anodized cookware before yeah Circulo
and eric is very different
it is different you know it’s different
because it was the first you know a lot
of people say who made the first hard
anodized with nonstick
well we circle on so take a look at this
this is the total food relief system
this is what sister Don is known for
this is their patent so what happens is
they put just a tiny a raised circles
and those raised circles create less
surface abrasion so that means that your
spatula only touches 50 percent of the
nonstick it never touches the other 50
percent so that means your nonstick
lasts a really long time in fact we give
it a lifetime warranty do you have the
thick heavy gauge hard anodized with
that total food routing system and
DuPont autographed their top-of-the-line
nonstick they don’t make a nonstick that
it’s more scratch abrasion or release is
better than autograph that is on all the
circle on pans and to boot we are
dishwasher safe hard anodized so David
knows you can put it right in the
dishwasher he’s not gonna use it if you
can
that’s right cue the angel wire if you
go in the dishwasher alright Eric might
be turning mistakes mark alright my gosh
but you know what you guys saw me out
here you know we’re trying to time it
just right the TV but these pans get so
hot I was able to take them on and off
the flame and you saw when I put it back
on the flames they got hot immediately
let me turn my chicken okay because
that’s ready see look at the beautiful
sphere that we’re getting and you know
what and this is boneless skinless
chicken breast that’s bollocks skinny
skillet recipes you know it’s the total
food relief system so I know that
nothing’s gonna stick I also know that
when I do glaze the pan I’m to get all
those bits of goodness and like I said
circulant been doing this longer than
anybody there is no nonstick hard
anodized that’s been out there longer
than circle on so the number one brand
in the United States in this category so
they know what they’re doing they’ve
been
industry leader for a very very long
time so I’m gonna get these sticks yeah
you do that and I will talk to everybody
about what you’re going to get because
this is wasn’t put together for the home
cook this has got everything that you’re
gonna be looking for you’re getting a 1
quart covered saucepan you’re going to
get a 2 quart which is way over here but
you’re getting your 2 quart covered
saucepan and you’re getting a 3 quart
covered saucepan you almost never get a
3 quart in a cookware set you almost
always have to buy this by itself
separately we’re going to include the 3
quart I love the 3 quart because I make
soup in the 3 quart it’s great now we’re
gonna give you two skillets you’re
getting an 8 inch skillet as you might
imagine this is a great omelet skillet
nice for a quick grilled cheese sandwich
or a burger but then we’re gonna give
you the big 12-inch skillet and look how
deep it is
you can fry chicken in that bad boy and
I think you should look at this here is
your 12 inch skillet then we’re gonna
give you the deep sided saute pan this
particular one is 4 quart covered sauté
so you’ve got a nice deep saute pan and
then finally it’s your stockpot this
stockpot is not 4 or 5 or even 6 quarts
this is 8 quarts in capacity that means
8 quarts of chicken and dumplings 8
quarts of chili for the big game
whatever you’re doing and at the end of
the day this is both metal utensil safe
it is oven safe to what temperature 350
350 and it’s dishwasher safe right
perfect
ok so what’s next buddy alright so you
know we’re just gonna do a little 2
glaze because I just want to show
everybody the even heating so I’m gonna
take a little stock oh yeah look at that
so you know what you get that nice
caramel on your steak you can make a
beautiful deglaze like this and look how
it’s bubbling not just in the middle but
all the way around because hard anodized
is stick it goes all the way up the side
to me I need my butter we’re gonna hit
this with a little butter some herb
butter and then we’re just gonna let
that go for a minute why show you the
pans cut in half
if you could take a look at the thick
hard-anodized that would use it in
circulant it’s a really heavy gauge you
want that heavy gauge because when you
put nonstick on a pan you want it to be
protected from the heat as best as it
can a thick heavy gauge is the best way
to get that again you can see the total
food relief system is there it’s gonna
work for you today tomorrow and for a
lifetime because we give you a lifetime
warranty with it if this pan ever stops
releasing food guys they will replace
the pan there’s an 800 number right on
your Houston care that’s an amazing
thing
that’s how circulant stands behind their
brand with a lifetime warranty again if
I can’t release that chicken over that
egg in five years or ten years or
whenever you can return that pan and get
your money back and you know what

Hard-Anodized Cookware Buyers’ Guide

What is hard anodized cookware?

Hard anodized aluminum is a special type of chemical used to make cookware. This means the metal does not react with any acidic foods you use and is composed of a hard and smooth surface, which is highly durable. It also conducts heat very well and is very affordable. The name anodized means the metal used in this cookware has undergone a special controlled chemical process, which is done by placing it metal in a chemical bath and applying an electrical current to it. This creates an extra layer that hardens the metal and makes it corrosion resistant. If it is hard anodized, this means that the process is done with a higher voltage and lower temperature, making all cookware more durable.

How to clean hard anodized cookware?

Hard anodized cookware should be washed after each use with hot water and dish detergent. A rag, sponge or nylon scrub pad should be used to scrub away any food residue. Rinse well using warm water and dry it with a clean towel. For tougher stains, use baking soda and water paste. Scrub the paste into the cookware with a nylon scrub pad and let it stand for 30 minutes. Then wash the paste off and dry it thoroughly. Usually, you can also use bleach products and hard anodized cleaner to wash off any stains or stubborn food residue. Before you use any bleach products, make sure to read the manufacturer’s manual to see if your cookware is compatible with these products.

3 Verified Buyer Reviews to “Best Hard-Anodized Cookware Set”

  1. Olivia Stabler review:

After much analysis, I decided on this collection after reading all of the good feedback to replace an old, cheap set I had, and I’m pleased with them overall. There are 13 parts in all, including a 1 quart, 2 quart, and 3 quart saucepan with lids, an 8 inch frying pan, a 10 inch frying pan, a 12 inch frying pan, a six quart stockpot with a cover, and a huge high sided skillet. I like the range of sizes because any size you might need for any cooking reason is included. The pans are hard anodized, which makes them less prone to rust and more resistant to wear over time, so I’m sure they’ll last a long time. I’ve had them for around 4 months and they show no signs of wear despite being extensively used every day.

I really like how the pan handles have rubberized grips to help you hold them and keep your hands from getting burned when cooking. The handles also have small metal rings on the ends for hanging from a rack or a prong on the wall. One thing to keep in mind is that the bottoms of the pans are rough and can scratch a ceramic glass top stove, as described in the care booklet. You can place them in the dishwasher, but I still hand wash them to keep the pans in good condition.

Concerning the nonstick nature of the pans, they do an excellent job of releasing food and cooking it evenly. The only thing I don’t like about this series is that there are carved circles all over the inside bottoms of the pans, which I didn’t notice because it wasn’t noticeable in the product images on this blog. When I’m cooking things like eggs or sauteing chicken, some of the food gets stuck inside the circles and makes cleaning a little more difficult, so I wish the circles weren’t there. Aside from that, I like the package and think it’s of high quality.

  2. Bralyee review:

Overall, a fantastic product. I am very pleased with the consistency, and the nonstick feature works flawlessly so far. I went with anodized titanium rather than copper, like some people did, and it works well and hasn’t caused me any problems. I’ve always had poor experiences with copper, so I avoid it. You MUST use these pots on medium-high heat; my glass stove top goes up to 10 and I never use it above 8. I made the mistake of using one of them on high heat, which did not go well, as shown by the photos attached. It resulted in some strange marks, which I think are where some of the nonstick coating was burned away. Surprisingly, the pot is now nonstick, but the marks are still visible. My only complaint is the strainer pot. Despite my best efforts, it produced some water marks shortly after my third use. You will not be sorry if you purchase these pans. I cook almost every day and use almost all of the pots except the very small one, which I believe you use for eggs or something. I kept my old pots, which I had had for about 6 years, in case these were a catastrophe. I’m happy to report that I got rid of them two weeks ago.

The final suggestions I’d make, which should come as no surprise, are: 1. Cook with wooden spoons and avoid using abrasive sponges to clean dishes. 2. Use bleach sparingly or not at all. 3. Allow the pots to cool for a few minutes (about 20) before washing them after use; this avoids the warping that some customers experience. 4. You don’t have to soak them in water before cleaning; it just slips right off.

  3. Deborah A. Meihls review:

Disappointed, but still happy. I was overjoyed when I received my All Clad Anodized pots and pans. The package was well-packaged, and Amazon delivered straight to the front door! After opening and cleaning, I was disappointed to discover that two of the pans had a divet or rough surface and were anodized over it, which was surprising for the All Clad brand. The set is lovely, but I’m curious if these are seconds? I found it immediately, but I’m not sure how it got through quality control. I’d like these two pieces replaced because the package is fresh and Everything Clad is an investment for the serious chef!
