Making Banana Bread with West Bend Machine

hi everyone this is YouTube sue Miller
1947 and in front of you you see my
brand new bread maker
it’s a you thread maker and I’m going to
make banana bread in here is it’s a
double paddle bread maker I think you
can see there’s one paddle there and
another pedal so I’m gonna make banana
bread and I have one duck egg in there
and three tablespoons of oil two bananas
and sorry 2 cups 2 cups of self-rising
flour ok and and to that I’ll add 3/4
cups of sugar I’m just going to put that
in there and the recipe says that’s all
you need to do this is the first time
I’m use in this machine and this is it
opens up this way um so you put the back
in first and then put it in and it’s
held by this um magnet the door
scholarship by the magnet let’s start no
this is kind of cool as you can see
let’s see right in there it’s kind of
dry so I put another egg in it I don’t
it call for two eggs I I had a duck egg
which is pretty big so I put that
another egg chicken egg in it kind of
kind of drive and now it’s getting
looking more like it’s me okay well
we’ll see cool cuz you can open it up
and look at it yes I hope this works out
really good we’ll see well now it’s
really going to count
the first initial mixing
Radek
stop them get up and go
be mixing a little bit too much but
I don’t know
I got it on quick Brits we’ll see
we’ll see what goes on okay here we go
and an hour in 26 minutes we should have
banana bread it’s already sorry you
could feel the heat it’s already getting
hot so it mixed the dough for about Oh
three four minutes five minutes and now
it’s heating up and cooking the bread is
done now it looks beautiful
you know after it’s been cooking about
an hour it starts beeping every eight to
ten minutes
I guess that’s to check it anyway so I
did already check it put the knife in
and the knife comes out clean so I’m
gonna let it cool off and then take it
out of the pan and see how it looks see
how it tastes
well here’s the bread and it turned out
quite lovely
yeah very good next time I don’t know I
think I’ll put nuts in it yeah but it’s
it looks good it tastes good success
