Cheese Bread in a SunBeam Bread Maker

hello everybody welcome back into the
kitchen here at clean Valley Farms I am
once again taking a crack at abusing
that bread maker I’m gonna go with the
basic cheese bread today so I don’t
imagine it’s gonna be too much of a
problem for it I’ve got all my
ingredients set out so let’s get started
so I’ve got everything I need all set up
here one cup and two tablespoons of
water my butter the salt apparently
should go in with the water so I’m gonna
follow that advice today I’ve got my
powdered milk a little bit of sugar some
cheese wach wach of flour and of course
the yeast to go in this and do it it
goes indeed easy enough butter might
take two hands got the butter in there
gonna add the salt to the water as per
the suggestion
now I’m thinking cheese should go in at
this point I have no idea if that’s a
good idea or not but that’s what I’m
going with
so approximately a handful of cheese
because that leaves a little bit left
over for nibbling on next our powdered
milk can go in there it’s been advised
that I add the sugar off to one side at
the top of the flour and the yeast off
to the others so I’m gonna make two
little wells here one for yeast one for
sugar actually do that the other way
around
sugar over on this side it’s easier to
pour that way and I need two hands to
measure the east got the yeast in there
separated from everything this is the
bread makers directions for the deluxe
white bread of course with the addition
of cheese so you know it should be
pretty good pretty basic from here over
to the bread maker with this get that
set into place and start this cooking
well I guess mixing first really so make
sure this is set on basic still want a
medium crust cuz I’ve been liking that
loaf size one and a half
it’s good to go so with that set to one
and a half pound loaf size got it all
started and we’re gonna check back on it
in a little while see how that cheese is
mixing through working its way through
its second mix now just about ten
minutes left to go before it’s gonna
finally bake off and we find out how
this turned out
I’m a little concerned based on the
shape right now but we’ll see well here
we are this cheese bread has just
finished up just unplugged a little
bread machine and it’s time to let it
cool I’m just gonna run the no stick
spatula down the side here I’ll try to
anyway this one’s uh not cooperating
quite as well as maybe some of the
others have some concern there smells
really good though alright few minutes
of cooling and then we’ll check it out
so it’s been about 10 minutes for
cooling and it’s probably still too soon
but gotta cut into this just can’t wait
to find out how that cheese mix through
I don’t see any cheese in that it’s
starting to be a little concerned here
where the cheese go alright so a further
cut here to see if we can find a pile of
cheese anywhere it’s just completely
evenly mixed through it’s gonna have to
be evenly mixed through at this point
because there is no chunk of cheese
alright just crushed in half and give it
a try well I’m a little disappointed
next time I’m gonna try putting a lot
more cheese in there see if I can end up
with some visible cheese but let’s give
it a try anyway
all right well it’s a very tasty bread
but it’s definitely not a cheese bread
so this particular one failed in my
opinion the bread maker wins I guess but
I’m still going to eat it anyway because
like I said it’s still a pretty tasty
bread so thanks for sticking around for
the journey and we will try something
different next time maybe some banana
bread or some cinnamon loafer I don’t
know
cheeseburger bread who knows so I will
see you guys next time here in the
kitchen have a fantastic day everybody
bye
