Prodyne Cheese Slicer Buyers’ Guide

How to cut cheese with a Prodyne cheese slicer?

Cutting cheese using a Prodyne cheese slicer is super easy and straightforward. Start by placing the slicer on a steady and level surface. Turn the handle of the slicer up and forward, to open the surface for the cheese. Place the cheese, so your desired thickness is achieved according to the slice strip. Hold the cheese block steady, and slowly bring down the slicer towards the cheese. Once the slice is cut, lift up the handle again and move the block forward to determine the slice size again. Then bring the handle down again and repeat until you have the number of slices you need. The wire is made of stainless steel, so it is guaranteed to cut even the hardest cheese as thin as you would like.
