Oster Dura Ceramic Air Fryer Unboxing

I welcome the ranch report and I’m James
Springs and I am going to unbox as you
may have guessed the Auster poster air
fryer they sent me this for free because
they just wanted to get word out about
it and it sounds pretty exciting it’s
I’m not talking hoping at the same time
because I know you’re a busy person and
you just want to see the goods but I’ll
talk um this I was very interested in
this because I think it’s basically the
next generation of air fryers I think
you will see a lot of air fryers going
in this direction the big thing that
sets this apart from other air fryers
they’re basically little convection
ovens for cooking stuff not so much air
frying as baking or roasting anyway what
sets this apart is that it rotates your
food as you go I imagine that many
people have experience with air fryers I
personally I have plenty of experience
we use sirs quite often I’m not on the
box this box camera person but most air
fighters you put the ingredients in
there and it just sits there about
halfway through you have to take the
tray out and shake it so all the stuff
cook evenly with this baby you don’t
have to shake it and it just cooks it
evenly by rotating 340 no I think it
does 360 I think it does every degree of
the circle let’s open it up here
some styrofoam a little Bowl I’m
guessing it’s for oil they make a big
deal about this being healthier than
deep-frying but it doesn’t really even
compare to be trying in my experience
it’s it’s a different it’s like
comparing using the oven to it deep
fryer they’re not the same I think it’s
just because they’re trying to oh this
is a handle
guessing that’s a handle basket coming
out on my sleep bed wasn’t the best
place to do this but here we are
so you can choose to tilt it and I this
is just a power chord there’s a easy way
to open it
there we go we’ve got basket
dissing this is removable somehow as
with anything I’m gonna read the
directions before I try anything your
your fan these are toys like you know
waltz wait later and I’m unboxing right
now but yeah it’s got a nice nice large
basket um this basket is actually
smaller than what I have but I like it I
have a feeling it’s gonna fit more stuff
because I can pile it up and it’s just
gonna rotate so it’ll still cook evenly
if I pile on this is grilling or
whatever you might feel like doing one
more thing I want to show you is you can
adjust the tilt I gonna have to read
that this tilts so one of the things I
like about your fryers is that you can
toast bread in them or toast really any
sort of thing you want so
and pathetic till you can’t really do
that if it’s flat then awesome but I’m
going to use this for at least a month
and to make all sorts of great stuff
including french fries french fries in
the airfryer and I’ll let you know how
it goes you don’t have to but if you get
subscribed to the brain report YouTube
channel they’d be great and then you
could get as soon as I’m ready with the
review for this you can get delivered
right to your inbox meantime have a
great season

Oster Air Fryer Buyers’ Guide

How to set the temperature on Oster air fryer?

At the front of the Oster air fryer exterior, there are two dials. One of them has “Temperature” next to it. By turning this dial, you can set the frying temperature according to what you need for your recipe. You can choose any temperature between 175 degrees Fahrenheit to a maximum of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. For most frozen foods and meats, it is recommended that you set temperature of 400 degrees and only mix up the cooking time. This will ensure the most efficient results and even heating of the ingredients in the fryer. You can also preheat the fryer before putting your food inside by setting the temperature and letting it heat up for around 3-5 minutes prior.

How to bake in an Oster air fryer?

Prepare your batter and mix thoroughly. Use a cake pan that will fit inside your air fryer and use shortening with flour to get the pan ready. Pour your batter into the pan and fill it about halfway full. Set the air fryer temperature to around 350 degrees and set the timer for 20 minutes. Let it preheat for around 3-5 minutes, and then place your pan inside. After the time has passed, take out your pan and test your baked mixture with a toothpick. If there is still liquid on it, then it is not fully done, so you can place it back inside for 5-10 more minutes. If your toothpick test is positive, then your food is ready to enjoy.
