LEM Products Adjusting the Meat Mixer Feet

alright welcome to the LEM garage I’m ed
and charged particle service here and
today we’re going to talk about how you
set up the mixers and it doesn’t make
any difference whether it’s a tilt mixer
or the other mixer so that it slides
into the grind now when your mixer
arrives it won’t have any feet in these
holes in the bottom and so you would
have to put those feet in there and you
have to adjust the mixer to the right
height for it to slide into the grinder
so they simply screw into into the holes
in the bottom
they have little lock nuts on them and
you need to get those locking nuts set
up the right height in order to slide in
that grinder now when you start putting
the feet in these in these mixers you
just kind of put them in and then you
have to level it up and get it to the
right height now the way this is set up
right now you can see its weight low on
the back side to fit into that mixer so
we need to bring these back feet up to
raise the back end and these feet over
here Cheeta Bluett they’re set up to the
right height and we’re just going to get
the back end here the right height I’ll
show you how to approximate that
as you can see I’m still kind of wobbly
here so I’m not at the right height the
best way to do this is is not to try to
level this because chances are your
table is a level two your floor isn’t
level the best way to do this is take a
measurement to here on this particular
unit that happens to be 4 and 3/4 inches
is going to be the magic number and so
if we’ve got Forbes reporter we have to
get form 3/4 here and right now we’re at
4 and 1/2 so this has to come up another
quarter of an inch and then of course
the back one has to be right and when
it’s all stable and you’ve got warrants
recorder there 4 and 3/4 there the unit
should and you notice that the height is
right over here
it should simply slide right into the
grinder like that now you know how to
slide into the spline in there so
periodically once you get partway in
you’ll have to grab the paddle and
adjust it back and forth in order to
make it slide all the way in this is
that again today we talked a little bit
about Hana how to get this mixer into
the end of the grinder hope you enjoy
the video
