KitchenAid Dish Rack Buyers’ Guide
Start by disassembling the rack as much as you can. Detach the silverware containers and wash each section separately using dish detergent and hot water. Make sure every part of the rack is scrubbed and all the grooves have been washed. Rinse the rack and dry it before using it again. If you need a deeper clean, fill the sink with enough water to submerge the rack fully and add 1-2 cups of white vinegar. Let the rack sit in the water for a few hours and then rinse it off. Use a clean towel to clean the rack, do not use paper towels, as its particles will stick to the rack. Letting the rack air dry may lead to moisture and bacteria buildup, so always dry the rack thoroughly.
