Homemade Latte on Hamilton Beach Espresso Maker

hi I would like to teach you how to make
a coffee so you can make it when I’m at
the phone so the first thing we’re going
to start the machine with the top button
and we’re going to wait until the water
heats up and this one it comes to green
in the meantime I’m gonna put some water
inside I try to put just enough or just
a little bit
I don’t know motor to sit in the plastic
for too long also you want a small plug
here and of milk we use the lactose free
but you can use any milk you like don’t
put too much because it’s gonna put a
lot of air and it’s probably too much
actually a lot of air and what there’s
gonna be in the middle so you don’t want
to do that now many done this now let’s
put some coffee here you need to cry no
more coffee but that’s alright
no because I’ve had a hard day at work
all right now we’re gonna press it a
little bit here and then a little bit
more here about 30 pounds of force which
is about 15 kilos no let’s keep this
scientific now here and we’re gonna
quickly drop the coffee then you’re
gonna keep this one up there because
that means it’s gonna push the water
down here once you turn this down the
water is gonna come back so now I’m
gonna start
now depends how you like it
longer or shorter
right
I’m gonna let it run a little bit small
it’s about 30 miles per shots or 60
mentally
I think
Kansai to single shot but most people do
the double shock
since you can’t see like the single shot
would be about this much and double shot
would be like up to here so it’s like
not a lot now that this is done we’re
gonna remove it and push the water out
keep this one on this one is too like
that thank you to make the boiler boil
and now you can stop it the boiler is
still boiling so don’t burn myself if
you wanna do you wanna use a plate and
just like move it a little bit here this
will be – but you don’t want to do too
much and you want to sort of check here
about sixty degrees or 145 you got that
probably I would say another 20 seconds
or so that sound you don’t make too much
you wanna more of a latte than a
cappuccino
yes sir it’s at 55 I don’t know if you
can see and now it’s 60 so I’m gonna do
I’m gonna stop it and I’m gonna quickly
this one and I stop the boiler nor the
reason I’m doing this is just to get
boiler to last a little bit longer now
that is done I can turn it off because
I’m not gonna use it anymore
and then I want to heat it a few times
for the big bubbles to pop and then spin
it for the same reason then a little bit
more and then it starts pouring it in
see pull over mo and this one at the end
is more tapasya and that’s it voila
