unboxing of product here is deep fryer
it’s professional Hamilton Beach
professional style it’s a 12 cup foot
capacity and this actually comes with
three baskets included so Amazon they
have one basket two baskets – basket is
like you know this one
one of each like half of the fryer here
and this one that has all three included
which is neat if you want to do more
frying and you can do two separate
frying at the same time of different
things like spring onion and fried
chicken this is a stroller 12 cup food
capacity they have another one that he’s
only like egg cups and 12 GS v is
actually 2.84 leaders and has double
bass skillet to cook two feet at morn’s
numerous heating element for fast
hitting and cooking easy to assemble use
and clean so this is pretty cool that’s
how it looks like here when it’s closed
with a cover and that’s actually good
for preventing no the oil from like
bursting out and you know burning you
best 101 beach and very good reviews
three baskets included it’s not a really
expensive it’s affordable one and it
might be actually the the one basket
which is half of this and it’s almost
the same price like $5 cheaper than this
so might as well get this way that’s get
included so unless you cook one wash
batch two foods at once okay as a power
light already light adjustable

knob adjustable timer here window lead
breakaway cord and this is all the
accessories that come with it and I
believe this can go to the dishwasher so

Empire for french fries if you wanna you
know I have so much oil and keep it
healthy comes with manual here the prior
and let’s just go through the manual
gonna explain you how to use this which
can be sure to put your your flute at

and that’s the base right here and it
comes out like this

but I like to have here the control so
the timer here power already and the
temperature it goes up to 375 this is a
to 65 fahrenheit pass this then set time
and some deep fryer has the remote here
like the control here and some of them
have the baskets on the right side which
I don’t like I want to have in front of
me just like McDonald’s all right at any
fast food restaurant looks no
you know you can control it and on the
site sometimes ya even feel that
convenience to me site so what we have
here is a little bit and that’s the
handle for the fire so to handle that
stuff put a small container here and the
handles in some way like this yeah like
that okay and we have a big handle big
basket here or you know we want to fry
bigger pieces of chickens here that will
be great and you can see this is pretty
huge qua gonna heat up pretty fast
if you actually oh you can lift this
okay that’s pretty neat you might want
to wash this a little bit too far and
use it and that’s just a patch like this
so you can take this off and then
actually you ready to go
so guys okay guys so we pour some oil so
inside this Hamilton Beach deep fryer
and you don’t want to go above the max
level right here you can see it’s um
boast in here so the oil is a little bit
below and that’s a lot of oil if you
guys want the other one is half of this
and so you won’t spend you will need as
much oil since this fills up pretty fast
and that’s the basket that we’re gonna
use so you can also use the half basket
if you need but right now since we have
a lot of egg rolls we’re gonna make
something wrong
five goals here so this needs to be at
350 degrees Fahrenheit and what you do
is first you want to plug this in and
set the temperature to the minimum when
you plug it in right now it’s off so you
might want to you know set the timer or
always stay on but be always watching
the fryer and not leave alone and so a
while usually can be reused for french
fries but about 10 to 12 times if you
filter it so filtering is let it cool
down after you fry then put a paper
towel and then pull on the paper towel
and it’s gonna drip and only a clean oil
will be below will be retained and so
you want to set the temperature to 3 325
340 let’s do 340 right here and so power
is on
and once it’s ready it’s gonna say ready
here and that means the temperature
reach the temperature you set here
around 340 something and after that you
put the egg rolls here inside the basket
and put all that so that’s how you got
patched the basket handle here if you
wondering to unlock it you have to press
this unlock label right here and it’s
gonna pop
they handled backed out so you can put
in dishwasher or wash it and so always
remember that you don’t want to move
this while it’s hot
the water’s fine and so we’re gonna
leave that one until it’s ready then
you’re gonna put this egg rolls and then
we’re gonna put this inside when I show
you later and then put the cover on and
then double check so the cover has like
a glass here where you can check if it’s
brown the egg will and always watch out
that about this this vent is can be
pretty hot steam coming up and I’m
placing this under the hood here so it
can suck the the steam and oil steam out
and after that we can wash all this it’s
gonna be later and just keep this for
later because when the oil is done about
you know you can reuse it for meat fish
and poultry you have to change it more
frequently or if the oil becomes brown
or like more you know slushy or you can
feel a taste like a wheat taste of oil
then you have to change it and then what
once it cool down you can pour the water
back into its mate original container so
you can you can throw it away after that
so keep this bottle handy
and this oil is about almost two bottles
of this one bottle is so three quart
2.84 liters so this can hold six pores
or more eight quarts
probably you can get a smaller one that
is half the size of this and that’s only
nothing for parts or six five quarts
cool right we’ll have it in a wall here
right so after you set the temperature
I’ll be you actually you want to try it
right then you’re gonna set it to 340
and put thirty minutes but you can do
stay on so the reach attempt that
temperature you can see the power is on
when the temperature is reached the
ready lights gonna turn on and that’s
when you know that you have to put this
egg roll whatever you wanna fry french
fries inside the deep fryer pan again
and then cover with its cover
okay so there’s no way to for you to
make twenty back down that’s okay just
leave it like that we can disconnected
later and okay see you in the next when

and put in the basket the fine basket

usually the regular size is about four
times of this we could in for because so
it’s full I think I don’t want to have a
second level because probably you might
stick and we’re gonna do this multiple
batches all right I think I reduce the
temperature here to 300 degrees so I
want this to cook well inside as well if
you put temperature too high it’s gonna
burn the outside fast and we’re not
cooking in the inside and so right now
as you can see it says ready so we’re
ready to put this the oil is 300 degrees
right now and so I’m gonna have this
ready as well when I put it in and okay
let’s do this now put this inside here
I’m just gonna drop you can hear wow
they’re floating here that’s a lot of
one that could do two levels of this and
I’m gonna do the cover and close this so
make sure he goes inside this ball okay
right here
can you really see cuz uh it’s steamed
so can really see they call it probably
have to check and be careful not to put
your hand here as their vapor and I’m
gonna use the hood okay and then leave
it like that so oh they’re ready is gone
now and it’s gonna come back to ready
once because I put a lot of egg rolls in
here
and so they’re ready will will come back
on once it’s a reach that temperature
again but right now he’s frying funny
guys
and then the steam coming out oh there’s
some stuff that come out cuz we didn’t
use the egg yolk to close it and look at
that this one came out because you
didn’t use the egg yolk to close you can
put two levels on this because the oil
is a lot so they’re ready and back on
and that’s just my close the clip and
show you guys after when it’s ready just
steam coming out of this and see now
they’re ready is turn off again and you
get these fine fine fine
spoon a lot of water you don’t want to
do that and so it’s cooked
it’s mold round now so it’s being two
three minutes and it’s looking good now
so we don’t have to use chopsticks to
turn right
well it looks brown now but we’re gonna
wait a little bit more about five more
minutes yeah
good 15 minutes so it looks brownish and
I think this probably is cooked right
now so gonna tell it

you would leave this on but right now
we’re gonna do this and buy some more
later in tomorrow so yeah you don’t have
to turn anything over so as long as the
oil is above the level of the eggroll
then it’s a good very crispy I like it
pretty easy to use yeah so this is gonna
be fun we’re gonna try french fries
chicken different kinds of frying and I
do like shrimp tempura
all right
so yeah the one we’re gonna fry tomorrow
and freeze it whole later then we can
reuse this oil later we’re gonna filter
the wall when it’s cold and if you guys
