Breville Nespresso Creatista Review
Breville Nespresso Buyers’ Guide
Start by rinsing the water reservoir, then filling it up with tap water. Then, push the Espresso or Lungo button to turn the machine on. The lights will start to blink, and you must wait approximately 30 seconds for the water to heat up and be ready to brew. Once the water is ready, fully lift up the lever and place a Nespresso capsule inside. Lower the lever to close it and put your mug under the coffee outlet. Push the Espresso (40 ml) or the Lungo (110 ml) button to select your brew size and start. When it is finished pouring out, remove your mug, and close the lever to push your used capsule into the used container. To stop the flow of coffee early or top it up, press the button again.
Of course, any Nespresso Originalline/Original compatible coffee pod will work with the Breville Nespresso machine. Vittoria and LOR produce special pods that are compatible with the Breville Nespresso. But, they also have their own brand of coffee machines, so be careful not to purchase the pods for these specific coffee machines. The ESE system is a well-known and high-quality espresso brand, and the Breville Nespresso machine works with these coffee pods too. These ESE pods are 44mm in diameter and look like a firm tea bag full of ground coffee. Many other pods also work with the Breville Nespresso machine, so make sure to check on the packet or online before purchasing for compatibility of coffee pods.
